This is event will be held OUTSIDE, unless the The COORDINATOR decides to move the event inside (due to weather conditions).
YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING A TENT (10 ft X 10ft MAXIMUM)
You are purchasing vending SPACE for our Juneteenth Celebration. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN 6-8 foot TABLE & VENDING STRUCTURES (tables, display stands, etc.) tables and any additional accoutrements that you need such as lamps, cloths, etc. Chairs will be provided for you. The requirement is that your table is set up and READY TO MEET your customers NO LATER THAN 9:30AM. You are welcomed onto Silver Lake Church lot as early as 9:00am. Please be prepared to stay till 4:00pm.
IMPORTANT: No more than 15 retail vendors will be allowed to register for this event (fewer vendors usually translates into MORE MONEY for the vendors). FIRST REGISTERED, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
***VENDING FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE for all reasons except the organizer cancels this event. In this case you will be offered a refund OR a registration credit for an upcoming event***
